VTMH Terms of Reference submission
The Government is inviting Victorians to provide input into the first ever Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health System. Minister for Mental Health, Martin Foley said it was important to hear what every day Victorians had to say about what topics should be covered by the Royal Commission, to ensure future changes to the mental health system directly reflect what they want and need.

LGBTIQ Intersect Website Now Live!
We’ve just concluded a two-year partnership with GLHV that was supported by a Community Harmony Grant from the Office of Multicultural Affairs and Social Cohesion. VTMH led the co-design and co-production of the LGBTI Intersect website. This new resource, for community members and practitioners, explores key concepts, offers learning modules, and stories of lived experience.

Seminar Series for 2018 — A Look Back
The VTMH Monthly Seminar Series for 2018 ran from March to November with a wide range of speakers who spoke on topics including asylum seekers and refugees, the impact of gambling on the community, bicultural practitioners, structurally marginalised communities, fighting the rise of racism, complex trauma and family and domestic violence. The seminar series this year was well attended with over 250 people attending the 9 seminars.
