Ra Vivek
Hi, I’m Ra. I joined the team in February 2025 as VTMH’s Psychiatry Registrar.
I am psychiatry trainee with interests in transcultural mental health, addictions, psychotherapy, human-centred design and public health.
I have worked in a range of settings from inpatient, community, outreach, and, most recently, a detox unit. I’ve also previously worked as a manager in a consulting firm working with government and NGO stakeholders with a focus on mental health and multicultural affairs.
In my spare time, I enjoy cooking new recipes, staying active, spending time with friends and family, and enjoying the beauty of music.
While working with VTMH, I hope to make a strong contribution to the team’s work in supporting the sector to deliver inclusive care to our community.
