Partners in Diversity (PiD) Program
VTMH Partners in Diversity (PiD) Program to support whole of organisation reforms
VTMH offers a small number of Victorian state-funded mental health and wellbeing service providers and other agencies the opportunity to work intensively with us in partnership through the Partners in Diversity (PiD) Program.
The PiD Program involves a long-term engagement with VTMH, typically over a three-year period, to support whole-of-organisation reforms and to allow for a range of capacity-building strategies to be implemented with the intention of building, embedding and sustaining cultural responsiveness.
VTMH’s partnership model involves four main implementation stages:
-
